Welcome to the 2020 Festive Form!

Due to the high level of uncertainty and governmental restrictions on social distancing, we believe that guest usage at Thanksgiving and Festive will not be possible. This restriction will be in place for all areas of the club whether your guests are staying with you in residence or are on island friends. This necessary restriction will be implemented to ensure we can service our membership and reduce risk, while ensuring we meet government mandates. Only Members and their vertical family members as outlined in the Bylaws and stated on your family tree will be provided access to the Club (Thanksgiving, November 20-28 and Festive, December 18-January 3). As a reminder, Member’s personal staff such as nannies, pilots, chefs etc. are considered guests and would also be restricted from Club use. Additionally, we will not be able to provide group activities such as the annual holiday party.

All out of state travelers are eligible for the allowance as long as they follow the guidelines and have proof of a negative COVID test performed within 72 hours of travel.

Once you have the negative COVID 19 test results, please forward to the Member Services team or it will be assumed you are in the 14-day quarantine process and unable to use the Club. concierge@kukio.com

Please support our efforts by ensuring we can adhere to our mandated requirements. This includes wearing masks when necessary, providing social distancing around the club and community, follow health and safety guidelines on hand washing and sanitation, allow club staff opportunities to maintain facilities. Our top priority remains keeping everyone safe and keeping you informed. Mahalo in advance for your understanding.

Please use this online Registration Form for your Festive requests. By completing all sections, you will be able to request most of your club activities. All requests will be reviewed by our team based on your priority requests. Please use one form, which may be edited until 5pm November 2nd, for the entire group within one membership.

DEFINITION OF IMMEDIATE AND EXTENDED FAMILY:

Immediate Family:
A Member’s legal Spouse or Significant Other and unmarried children under the age of twenty-three.

Extended Family: The extended family of a Member may currently use the Club Facilities on the same basis as the Member. The extended family shall include the parents, grandchildren and children, who are married or 23 or older, of the Member and his or her spouse and their respective spouses.

Initial reservation requests will be accepted through November 2nd
Starting November 3rd, we will begin placing specific reservations and confirmation letters will be sent by Thanksgiving. Requests made after this date will likely have limited availability.
